In January 2014 I took a 45 minute online candidate assessment (via cream.hr - now called plum.io) to find out more about myself and my working personality. The results were surprisingly accurate and so I've decided to share them here since I have no control over when or if Plum.io will remove my profile . It now looks completely different than what is below. I've decided to keep the original version b/c it is more detailed and hey, I'm proud of it!

The algorithm has been updated to simplify things from what is below. So now my summary says my strengths are the following:

• My Vision & Execution is in the top 5% of the workforce.
• My Decision Making is in the top 5% of the workforce.
• My Task Management is in the top 15% of the workforce.
